Attention LEGO Enthusiasts!

The Martinsburg Public Library is starting a LEGO free-play program on the 1st and 2nd Mondays of each month.  Our first sessions will begin on February 2 & 9 from 3-4:30pm.  We have LEGOs galore thanks to a generous contribution from the West Virginia Library Commission.  Books and other inspirations for our builders will be available. Children and their families are welcome. 

On February 21st @ 2pm the Children’s Dept. will be hosting a special story time which will include scenes performed from the ballet Frozen.

Story Times Begin

Join us for preschool story times beginning the first full week of February.

* Wee Ones: Babies birth through 23 months. & accompanying adult. Including music, finger plays, stories, books and rhythmic activities. This program is held Wednesdays at 10:30am.

* Preschool Story Times: Ages 2 through 5. Families welcomed. Including music, stories, books, activities and ending with a theme based craft. This program is held twice weekly on Thursdays and Fridays at 10:30am.
